Payment & confirmation

Transfers and day tours require full payment at booking. Multi-day trips require a 50% deposit, with the balance due 60 days before departure. Multi-day reservations made within 60 days require full payment. Reservations are confirmed after the required payment is received and Davis confirms the booking.

Prices include applicable taxes and payment processing costs. No separate payment processing fee is added. Gratuities are not included. Your quote confirms the complete total before booking.

After availability and trip details are confirmed, Davis emails your participant agreement for review, then sends a custom Square payment link. Cash is not accepted at booking. Review the agreement and booking terms before paying. Each adult signs their own participant agreement on the tour day before participation; arrangements for minors are confirmed in advance.

Cancellation & no-shows

For Real Alaska Outdoors services, cancellations more than 60 days before departure incur a charge of 50% of the total booking price. Cancellations 60 days or fewer before departure, and no-shows, incur a charge of 100%. This applies to transfers, day tours, and multi-day trips. A reservation made within 60 days is therefore nonrefundable under the guest-cancellation policy.

Separately arranged accommodations and activities follow the applicable provider's terms, which will be identified during booking.

Rescheduling

One date change may be requested more than 60 days before departure, subject to availability. The administrative fee is $52 for transfers or $104 for day tours and multi-day trips. Guests also pay any price difference and unrecoverable third-party costs. Requests within 60 days follow the cancellation policy.

Weather & service interruptions

Trips generally operate rain or shine. Safety and operating conditions can require changes. If Real Alaska Outdoors cannot provide a service because of unsafe conditions, illness, vehicle trouble, or another operator-side cancellation, guests receive a full refund for that unprovided Real Alaska Outdoors service. Refunds for partner activities or accommodations are governed by those providers' policies.

Participation & accessibility

Minimum age is 8. Guests must be able to enter the vehicle independently. Discuss limited mobility, activity requirements, and allergies before booking. Gold activities require walking on uneven ground and handling gravel near riverbanks. No wheelchair accommodation or pets.

Your final itinerary

Your written quote and itinerary specify pickup, schedule, inclusions, providers, and costs. Please review them before paying and ask Davis about anything unclear.
